Tuff-Poles are the result of the newest technologies in fiberglass and resin systems, along with advanced manufacturing process controls. The process comprises new resin mixes and new fiberglass configurations specially engineered to maximize performance. The new Tuff-Pole formulas contain advanced UV inhibitors and coatings that provide even longer lasting protection in extreme weather conditions. Our engineers have the advantage of the company's decades of experience and innovation in composite pole manufacturing. In addition, we've applied the latest automated process controls, tightening manufacturing tolerances and quality control.

Other Tuff-Pole improvements result from a variety of new technologies, including finite element computer modeling that allows our engineers to rapidly design and predict pole performance under specific conditions.
